I did find this useful snippet that I thought was worthy of my own investigation:
when talking of the various presentations of alcoholic beverages it says
mouth wash, food extracts and flavourings (eg vanilla extract 35% ethanol)
Woah!
Now I begin to realise why the brownies I make are so damned good…
