    Are there certain patterns of ICH that should really raise your concern about cerebral venous infarction? Something like venous watershed areas prone to bleeding? In the case example the history is pertinent, but sometimes it’s less clear.

    I heard that bilateral thalamic infarcts are highly suspicious. Are there other common patterns of cerebral venous infarction?
